After a looong break (the last post in this series was July 1st), here’s my 4th post of a series about my Body Key Indicators or BKI.
Starting with this post, I will now compare 2 methods for estimating body composition:
- Jackson/Pollock 3: this is the method I’ve been using in previous posts.
- BIA: Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis with a digital scale able to analyse body composition.
My BKI for this week are…
Body weight: 158.2 lbs (+)
| Method | Fat % | Fat Mass | Lean Mass |
| J/P3 | 17.83 % (+) | 28.21 lbs (+) | 129.99 lbs (+) |
| BIA | 21.6 % | 34.17 lbs | 124.03 lbs |
I will address the difference between methods in a next post.
