My BKI for this week are…
Body weight: 162 lbs (+)

| BIA | 22.8 % (+) | 36.9 lbs (+) | 125.1 lbs (+) |
According to BIA method, I gained 3 lbs of fat and 1 lb of muscle since last time… Not bat considering my forced break and Christmas vacations!
It is interesting to see that both methods give similar results this time.
