M’s Body Key Indicators #6

Here’s my 6th post of a series about my Body Key Indicators or BKI.

My BKI for this week are…

Body weight: 162 lbs (+)

Method Fat % Fat Mass Lean Mass
J/P3 22.59 % (+) 36.59 lbs (+) 125.41 lbs (-)
BIA 22.8 % (+) 36.9 lbs (+) 125.1 lbs (+)

According to BIA method, I gained 3 lbs of fat and 1 lb of muscle since last time… Not bat considering my forced break and Christmas vacations!

It is interesting to see that both methods give similar results this time.
