My BKI for this week are…
Body weight: 160.4 lbs (-)

In comparison with my last BKI, I lost 0.37 lb of lean mass, which is not a signification amount. Since I’m still in the early stage of my current cycle, I don’t really expect any gain.
This time again, both methods give similar results.
