M’s Body Key Indicators #7

Here’s my 7th post of a series about my Body Key Indicators or BKI.

My BKI for this week are…

Body weight: 160.4 lbs (-)

Method Fat % Fat Mass Lean Mass
J/P3 22.04 % (-) 35.36 lbs (-) 125.04 lbs (-)
BIA 22.1 % (-) 35.4 lbs (-) 125 lbs (-)

In comparison with my last BKI, I lost 0.37 lb of lean mass, which is not a signification amount. Since I’m still in the early stage of my current cycle, I don’t really expect any gain.

This time again, both methods give similar results.
