My BKI for this week are…
Body weight: 158.8 lbs (-1.6)

| BIA | 21.9 % (-0.2) | 34.8 lbs (-0.6) | 124 lbs (-1) |
The difference between J/P3 and BIA is 1.26%. Not much, but more than last time. I think the variation comes from how I do my pinching… I will revisite the procedure and I will see next time.
