M’s Body Key Indicators #11

Here’s my 11th post of a series about my Body Key Indicators or BKI.

My BKI for this week are…

Body weight: 154.6 lbs (-1.4)

Method Fat % Fat Mass lbs Lean Mass lbs
J/P3 20.5 (-0.7) 31.7 (-1.37) 122.9 (-0.03)
BIA 20.4 (-0.6) 31.5 (-1.3) 123.1 (-0.1)

These results are good! Apparently, I was able to drop the fat and preserve my lean mass… Great!
