The Quebec Experiment #2.3

This is the 3rd update about my 2nd Quebec Experiment.

Last week was the kind of week I want all the time. According to my latest BKI, I managed to lose 1.3 lbs of fat and a negligible 0.1 lb of muscle.

How I did that?

Well, it’s all empirical and probably difficult to reproduce all the time, but I did try to cut more on the food intake. Except on training days and specially strength training ones. I was also able to increase my calorie expenditure during training. According to my Polar FT80 HRM, I burned 1686 during my 8 training sessions.

In order to succeed in this second experiment, I must still lose 5.4% of fat mass. This means 0.6% per week until the end in 9 weeks… Which is exactly what I lost last week!

It might be difficult to execute… I can’t have to many weeks like 2 weeks ago where I lost nada. In order to mitigate the risk of not losing enough weight, I will, this week again, try to burn more calories from training.
