BodyKtor Spreadsheet

In recent years, the measurement of bodyfat content has become widely used and recommended as one of the indicators of health and fitness.

Use the BodyKtor Excel sheet to enter and track you body composition over time. The sheet is easy to use: all you need is a personal body scale with BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis; the technic used to compute fat %) feature and/or a fat caliper (for Jackson and Pollock formulas).

Although we suggest you use both the BIA and the Caliper for greater accuracy, you can use only one with the tool.

In order to limit weight fluctuations, we also suggest you step on the scale at similar time and conditions. Such as every Friday before breakfast.
